GEMSS

Presented at The Circle, GEMSS brought together the work of emerging architects under the age of forty, offering an overview of contemporary architectural practices in Türkiye. Conceived as a platform for international visibility, the exhibition presented diverse approaches to architecture through projects, portfolios, sketches, models, and moving images, highlighting the distinct intellectual and creative positions of each participant. The exhibition design balanced a shared presentation framework with opportunities for individual expression. Standardised display panels established a common visual structure, while models, personal objects, sketchbooks, portfolios, and short films allowed each architect to articulate their own working methods and design process. Together, these elements formed a collective portrait of a new generation of architectural practice.
